Step 1: Phone us on 01444 220290 or email us and we will be delighted to answer any initial questions regarding any of our space saving systems. Mobile Shelving UK, operate throughout the UK and have trained storage experts who can visit you and discuss your exact requirements.

Step 2: One of our experienced designers will visit you at a date and time convenient to yourselves. They will listen to your exact needs and discuss the possible high density storage solutions available. The proposed storage area will be measured and site details will be taken.

Step 3: After the initial visit we will prepare a full written proposal which we feel best suits your requirements and talk you through the proposed solution and costs. Drawings (using AutoCad) may be produced showing the proposed layouts and shelving details. Only when you are totally sure that we have listened and offered you the best solution do you need to make a commitment to us.

 Step 4: After we receive an order, the project is handed over to a dedicated project manager. He will arrange for our surveyor to visit the proposed location of the mobile shelving and will conduct a full and detailed site survey. This is to ensure the site is ready to accept your individually designed storage system. The project manager will then contact you to confirm the precise delivery and installation details. Usually, delivery would be made approximately 4 - 5 working weeks after receipt of a written order and deposit payment.

Step 5: Our installation team will off load the mobile shelving system on the previously agreed installation day, with the least disturbance to you and your organisation. We will leave your space clean and tidy and the only thing you will be left with is a significantly increased amount of storage space.
